Who we are

BuildZenvix is a digital services agency based in Delhi, India. We design and build websites and provide related services such as local SEO, social media management and branding.

BuildZenvix is a trading name used by its owner. It is not an incorporated company and is not a separately registered legal entity. The owner is responsible for the information described in this policy.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the website at buildzenvix.online, enquiries you send us through that website, and the messages and materials we exchange while discussing or delivering work.

It does not govern how independent third parties handle your information once you are dealing with them directly. WhatsApp, Google, Instagram and our hosting provider each operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which are linked in the third-party services section below.

Information you provide

Most of what we hold is information you choose to send us. Depending on how you get in touch, that can include:

• Enquiry details. The website enquiry form asks for your name, business name, website address (optional), country, the service you are interested in, and a short description of your main business challenge.
• Messages. Anything you write to us over WhatsApp, email, Instagram or during calls and meetings, including the phone number or email address you contact us from.
• Project materials. Content you send us so we can do the work, such as text, images, logos, product information, business details and any accounts or access credentials you choose to share so we can carry out agreed tasks.
• Commercial records. Proposals, quotations, invoices and payment references connected to work you engage us for.

How the enquiry form works

The enquiry form on this website works differently from a conventional contact form, and it is worth being precise about it.

• You fill in the fields. The form is checked in your own browser, and the website does not send your answers to any BuildZenvix server or database. This website has no backend application and no database.
• When you submit, your answers are assembled into a single plain-text message and placed into a WhatsApp link addressed to our business number.
• WhatsApp then opens in a new tab or in the WhatsApp application, with that message already typed out for you. This is the prefilled message.
• Nothing reaches us until you press send in WhatsApp. If you close WhatsApp without sending, we never receive the enquiry. The form on the website is cleared once the WhatsApp link has been opened.

Because the message is delivered through WhatsApp, the information you submit is handled by WhatsApp and its parent company as part of delivering your message, in the same way as any other WhatsApp conversation.

Technical information

This website is a set of static pages. Its own code contains no analytics, no advertising or tracking pixels, no visitor-measurement scripts and no calls to a BuildZenvix server.

That is not the same as saying nothing is recorded. This website is hosted by Hostinger, and web hosting platforms normally keep server-side logs in order to deliver pages, diagnose faults and protect against abuse. Such logs typically include IP addresses, browser and device information, the pages requested and the date and time of each request. These logs are generated and controlled by the hosting platform, not by anything written into this website, so we cannot describe their exact contents or retention from the code of this site alone. The privacy documentation published by Hostinger is the authoritative source for that, and it is linked below.

If security, caching, content-delivery or statistics features are enabled at the hosting level, those may also record technical information about visits.

Cookies and tracking

The code of this website does not set cookies of its own, and does not store anything in the local storage or session storage of your browser. There is no advertising network, no remarketing tag and no cross-site tracking built into these pages.

One third party is loaded by the pages themselves: the typefaces used across the site are requested from Google Fonts. Loading a font from Google means your IP address and basic browser information are sent to servers operated by Google so that the font file can be returned to you. We do not receive that information.

We are describing what the code of this website does. We cannot rule out cookies or similar technologies introduced at the hosting or network level, or by services you are already signed in to when you follow a link away from this site.

Why we use information

We use the information described above in order to:

• respond to your enquiry and answer questions you have asked;
• understand your requirements and prepare a proposal, quotation or scope of work;
• carry out and deliver the services you have engaged us for;
• communicate with you about progress, feedback and approvals on a project;
• issue invoices and keep records of the work and payments involved;
• keep our website and communications working correctly and securely;
• meet recordkeeping and other obligations that apply to us.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

Who can access it

Client messages, project files and any login credentials you share are currently held by the owner of BuildZenvix and are not shared with the wider team. Team members work on tasks without being given access to those items.

That does not mean nobody else is involved in handling your information. Independent service providers necessarily process it as part of how the services operate: the hosting platform that serves this website, the messaging and email services through which we communicate with you, and similar providers used in the ordinary course of running an agency. Those providers act under their own terms and privacy policies.

We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law, or where it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

If a project ever requires giving a team member or an external specialist access to your materials or accounts, we will discuss that with you first.

Third-party services

The services below are involved in running this website or in communicating with you. Each publishes its own privacy information:

• Hostinger — website hosting. Privacy policy
• WhatsApp — enquiry messages and ongoing conversation. Privacy policy
• Google — the Gmail address we correspond from, and Google Fonts used by this website. Privacy policy
• Instagram — if you contact us through our Instagram profile. Privacy policy

Delivering a project may involve additional providers, for example a hosting company or domain registrar you choose, or a platform your website is built on. Where that applies to your project we will identify them as part of the work.

Where information is handled

We operate from Delhi, India, and we work with clients in other countries.

The providers described above are international services that operate infrastructure in multiple countries. We therefore cannot promise that all information stays within India. Your messages, and the technical records created by hosting and communication providers, may be processed or stored outside the country you are in, on terms set by those providers.

If you are located in a jurisdiction with specific rules about transfers of personal information, please raise this with us before sharing material so we can discuss what is practical for your project.

Security

We take reasonable care with what you send us. Client messages, files and credentials are kept with the owner rather than circulated within the team, we use the security features offered by the platforms we rely on, and we limit who is given access to client accounts.

No website, messaging service or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Information you send over the internet travels through systems we do not control. If you become aware of a security problem affecting information you have shared with us, please contact us so we can look into it.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was provided for. In practice that means:

• enquiries are kept while we are in discussion with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case the conversation resumes;
• project materials and correspondence are kept for the duration of the project, and afterwards to the extent they remain relevant to supporting or evidencing the work;
• records relating to invoices and payments are kept for as long as applicable recordkeeping requirements make that necessary.

We have not set a fixed deletion schedule, and no automatic deletion process is in place. Conversations also remain in the messaging and email services used to hold them, under the retention arrangements of those providers. If you would like material removed, contact us and we will consider the request as described below.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us to provide a copy of the information we hold about you, correct something that is inaccurate, or delete material you have shared. You can also ask a question or raise a concern about how we have handled your information.

Write to buildzenvix@gmail.com and tell us what you would like. Please describe the request clearly so we can identify the right material, and expect us to confirm who you are before we act on it.

We will respond within a reasonable time. What we are able to do depends on the circumstances and on the law that applies to you, and some material may need to be retained where we have a legitimate reason or an obligation to keep it. Where we cannot act on part of a request, we will explain why.

Deleting something from our own records does not remove copies held independently by the messaging, email or hosting providers involved. Those need to be pursued with the provider concerned.

Marketing

Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to anything. We do not add enquiry contacts to a marketing list automatically, and this website has no newsletter signup and no pre-ticked consent boxes.

We will reply to you about your enquiry and about any work you engage us for. If we ever want to send you marketing messages that go beyond that, we will ask you first, and you will be able to stop them at any time by telling us.

Children

Our services are intended for businesses and for adults acting on behalf of a business. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will deal with it.

Other websites

This website links to external services such as WhatsApp and Instagram, and our work may reference other sites. Following those links takes you outside buildzenvix.online, and this policy no longer applies. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of websites we do not operate, so please read their own policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services, tools or obligations change. When we do, we will publish the revised version on this page and change the Last updated date shown at the top.

If a change materially affects how we handle information for an active project, we will tell the clients concerned directly rather than relying on this page alone. Please check back from time to time.
